At Serene – Home Elevation, we understand that plans can change.

Before Dispatch

Orders may be cancelled free of charge if you contact us before they have been processed and dispatched.

After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. If you no longer wish to keep the item, you may return it in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and your rights under UK consumer law.

How to Cancel

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Email address used to place the order

We will confirm whether your order can still be cancelled.
